After graduating from Bradley University, my professional career began at Target Center arena in

Minneapolis, MN.  During my 15 year tenure, I worked for 6 management companies, including SFX, Clear Channel Entertainment and AEG Worldwide.  Each organization exposed me to different business strategies, culture philosophies and leadership styles.

I worked my way from Marketing Intern to Marketing Director.  I continued to learn and grow as I focused on venue management and marketing the content that filled the venues we supported.  

​

I marketed and promoted concerts for Jimmy Buffett, Dave Matthews Band, P!NK, Cher, Tina Turner, Justin Bieber, Metallica and many more.  The concerts, coupled with the sports of MN Timberwolves and MN Lynx and family entertainment of Sesame Street Live!, Disney on Ice, Cirque du Soleil and Harlem Globetrotters, were the backdrop to my life for many years.  I expanded outside of Minnesota; promoting shows throughout the upper Midwest and helping AEG’s LA based corporate office with national marketing initiatives and grand openings of The O2 arena in London and The Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

As the years passed and I enhanced my expertise about the industry, the marketplace, live event venues and ticket buying customers.  In summer of 2014, after more than fifteen years at the arena, I needed a new challenge, a new path and I was ready to turn over a New Leaf. 

I resigned from my full-time Director of Marketing role and established New Leaf Enterprises, LLC offering Marketing and Management consulting services.

As the leader of New Leaf Enterprises, I am thinker and a doer.  

I have a collaborative spirit and high standards to elevate myself and those around me. 

I love working with my clients to help them achieve their business goals.
